We will need your names, number of adults and children,
and choice of fish: fried cod or baked salmon.

Menu: Buffet style meal includes borsch soup with dumplings, herring in sauce, devilled eggs, potato cheese & kraut mushroom pierogi, choice of fried cod or baked salmon, mashed potatoes, rolls and assorted desserts. CASH BAR.

*Payment will be collected at the door * Cost: Adults $35 each, Children $10 Age 6-12 and Under 6 free Checks made out to Polish Heritage Club – Madison or cash will be due at the door.
