We will need your names, number of adults and children,
and choice of fish: baked cod or baked salmon.

Menu: Dinner is a 12 course buffet: Herring Salad, Deviled Eggs, Mushroom Soup, bread & butter, potato Pierogi - potato/cheese & kraut/mushroom Perogi, Cucumber Salad, Red Potatoes with butter and parsley, Green Beans Polonaise, Brussel Sprouts, and Cheescake & Kolaczki. CASH BAR for beverages: wine, beer, mixed drinks, non-alcoholic.

*Payment will be collected at the door * Cost: Adults $49each, Children $10 Age 6-12 and Under 6 free Checks made out to Polish Heritage Club – Madison or cash will be due at the door.

For St. Nick: Please bring a wrapped gift with your child’s name on a gift tag

You can renew your membership dues at the event - Individual $20 and Family $30.
